In honor of approaching Halloween, the Virginia Museum of History and Culture offered a lecture on American writer Edgar Allen Poe, author of The Raven and other spooky poetry and stories. Richmond is the home of a Poe museum so there is a built in audience for stories about him. It also gave me a chance to see the progress on the big expansion project at the museum. Looks like everything is on track for a Sring opening!
