A New Tradition

How fortunate that New Year’s Day was mild, and the rains held off. We were able to have a get-together at the pool with oysters and all kinds of shared treats. I’m not an oyster fan, but I sure enjoyed catching up with folks!

I have never tried an oyster but I think you have to be a bit brave to put one in your mouth for the first time so I have no idea if I like them or not!

@happypat One branch of my family loves them but I am turned off by cold, slippery, salty things so they are a triple turn-off for me!
