On the way into the grocery store, I was intrigued by how this car’s bumper was attached by zip ties. I decided I would grab a picture when I finished shopping. At that very moment the owner of the car also returned so I struck up a conversation with him. He told me he rigged his bumper about 2 years ago and the car always passes the annual state inspection. I said I was impressed because most inspection stations want you to spend money on repairs. He then told me he drives to an inspection station in some far distant county where they don’t hassle him. Now that is being a problem solver!
