A day of traveling on I-95 is not conducive to picture taking so I planned ahead and have 2 final pictures from Colonial Williamsburg. This wreath was definitely one of a kind in the colonial restored town. My research indicates there were very few Jews in the colonial capital so it is unlikely that any door would be decorated with dreidels. However nowadays some of these historic buildings
house employees of many different faiths. Perhaps the combination of Christmas wreath and Hanukkah toy seems unlikely, but it is certainly a conversation starter!
I'm pretty certain there were no wreaths decorated with dreidels in Williamsburg when it was first established, but there is a deep connection between Hanukkah and Christmas. You can't have Christmas without Hanukkah, so it definitely works for me! Nice shot! Have a wonderful visit and soak in some rays for me!!
