I took all my pictures this morning at school before the students arrived. I knew there would be melting by afternoon, and I did want to get some snow scenes before it all disappeared. The sun was bright and the wind was strong. As a result, the American flag was flapping vigorously above this wrought iron bench. I liked the square shadow of the flag unfurled across the snow.
Tomorrow we leave for Florida to see our son, his granddaughter and his fiancee. Looking forward to some very different pictures in the days ahead!
