So many flowers in bloom while we were visiting in Florida. Here you see Maddie posing in front of an azalea bush. (That is a balloon string she is holding. I had to do a little cropping.) Our azaleas won't bloom in Richmond for another six weeks. It is definitely fun to participate in Spring twice!
@phil_howcroft@gerry Thank you both, Now I have to share my exciting news with both my British photo-mates. I have a grant to attend a week-long seminar at Oxford this summer! Lots of librarians and literary types. Can't wait.
@allie912 oooooooh well done on the grant allison :) Oxford will be a beautiful city for you to photograph and visit.....although be prepared for wet weather as we cannot always guarantee sunny summers !!!
