I checked back to last year's calendar for March and found that the lilac was in full bloom. No danger of that happening this year! This dramatic snowfall caught the weathermen by surprise. They have been working hard trying to explain how they missed the time, the duration and the accumulation of this Spring storm. Now if they could work half as hard at honing their predicting, we would all have been better prepared!
I sound a lot more cross than I feel. What's not to like about a Sunday afternoon storm when you don't have to be out driving. I just hope it doesn't impact Monday's morning commute.
