This salad was composed of heirloom tomatoes from Clark Farm in Danvers, MA, fresh mozzarella made by third generation cheese maker Luca from Wolf Meadow Farm in Amesbury, MA, and basil from Meg's garden! Every bite was a taste of Summer.
