The tea flavor of the day was Chocolate Truffle which definitely deserved a special cookie. I found this simple recipe on Instagram. A box of chocolate cake mix and a tub of softened Cool Whip, mixed together. I added some chopped dark chocolate morsels then scooped by tablespoon and rolled in powdered sugar. Baked for 12 minutes at 350 degrees then allowed to cool. The end result is chewy, sweet and chocolately and if you’re not careful, you will look like you got dusted by Christmas snow.
