Sydney Airport

Spent the morning around and about Port Botany and from one vantage point I had a wonderful view of Sydney Airport. It was a gloomy day but the spot was lovely - very peaceful. I could have stayed there for hours watching the planes take off and land - how such large and heavy machines get into the air then stay there amazes me.

I like the red jet, it's so colourful. The whole scene has a little of Thunderbirds vibe somehow.

I love the colours in this, especially the bright red and blue. I hope you don't mind me saying but you could try straightening the horizon a little bit, I think it would work quite well.

Love the processing and the pop of red that is the jet it would do no harm to straighten horizon line simply to turn a fabulous image into a superb image: love it

Awesome red plane. BTW, a slight tilt of horizon adds a little drama to the shot. There is always a contrarian opinion.
