Great effect. We have double decker buses that operate between some of the tourist destinations in both Cape Town and Johannesburg. They have been converted into open topped buses, tickets are bought and you hop on and off at will. It's a great way to see the city and get access to areas where parking is a nightmare. We are hoping to take a tour sometime later this month or in February.
