I have two beautiful Aussie natives in my care at the moment - a cheeky kookaburra and a solemn blue tongue.
The kooka is a juvenile and has an injured wing and cannot fly so we need to rest and rehabilitate it. He doesn't assist with that too well lol.
The bluey was attacked by a dog and has the injury to his jaw and a couple of other scratches.
Its' just great that there are people like you in the world that will take in injured creatures and nurse them back to health. Must be a very satisfying thing to do.
