A single rook is a crow, a lot of crows are rooks ( or is it the other way round?) Whatever the farmer might be worried by size of worms this one's pulled up

@30pics4jackiesdiamond I always think of rookeries - rooks are sociable, crows are loners. But visually, rooks have grey beaks. So this is a crow!! And he was really giving it some wellie to tug something up - but it's beyond the range of my camera zoom.
