Crane, Heron or Egret?

I don’t think it’s an egret, I’ve tried to work it out, but I’ve failed so far. This is the closest I’ve got. Normally, it’s 50 or 60 yards before it flies off. This time, I was almost over head.

Looks similar to a grey Heron but can’t find anything on google with same head markings.
