We would like to introduce you to Queenie, a five-year-old Shetland Sheepdog (Sheltie) who came into our lives on December 24th. Her former "mama" has health issues which prevent her from caring for Queenie any longer in the way she deserves. So, she put an ad on Craigslist, looking for a home for her much-loved pet. We were thinking we would like another Sheltie, having had one we adored many years ago. We were the first ones to respond to the ad, and her "mama" felt satisfied that we were a good fit for Queenie. She is a great little dog and settled into our home as though she had always been here! Still missing our Moshe but having Queenie helps take the "sting" out of losing him just a bit...
