Walking with the Giants.------Lois Hole

In 2008 The City of Edmonton started a project to help deal with with vandelism from graffiti. They hired artists to paint Giant Murals. So far they have seven on them completed.
The first one was this one of Lois Hole. Lois Hole was an amazing woman. She and her husband Ted founded Hole's Greenhouses, she was a school trustee for Sturgeon County. She served as Chancellor of the University of Alberta. In 200 she was appointed the 15th Lt. Governor of the province of Alberta. She held this position until her death from cancer.
This mural is located in the McCauley district of Edmonton
