Very nice!

I don't know what is "perfection"... Superb processing! What I like the most: This is you! Your work, your shot, your vision, your art! If you are happy, it because there is some kind of perfection :) More: no Lens Baby composer. A good shot, then, your creation with your own decision.
While I'm writing, I can stop looking at this picture. I'm hypnotize. Awesome Krista, really awesome...

Me again! Make a print on "fineart paper" and put it on sale! Someone will enjoy it for a long time. Or keep it for you on your wall. That's my feeling!

@daneau Very kind works, Marc. This will be my new addiction for awhile, I can tell. It's a good challenge :) Furthermore, I love this community. 365 is so much fun!

Pam
Love this!! Awesome abstract!

Would love this hanging on my wall!

I love the trees and the colour green you have chosen produces the right wintry effect with the grey... but as you say "any and all feedback will be of great assistance", may I add that, for me, the texture used - especially in the sky area - does not add to the image. It looks like raindrops falling on water which I find jarring. In a banal image it wouldn't matter, but this is so good otherwise that I wanted to mention it.

I really love this. Excellent work!

December 6th, 2014
Stunning on the PP!
December 6th, 2014
I love how you've turned this photo into a piece of art. The composition- particularly the placement of the tree line- is perfect!
December 6th, 2014
@vignouse As always, I appreciate bold commentary. This style of processing is sort of my 'go to / default ' setting and I know that I could definitely push myself into other creative directions with this and it is just a matter of finding the time to sit down and play with it more. Thanx for putting the fire under my butt!

@blueberry1222 Krista, I like a lot about this image including the processing - it wasn't that you used a texture that caused me to comment, but rather, the actual texture used. I like that you are always experimenting and that you stay with something until you've got it right.
December 6th, 2014
Very creative and artfully composed.
December 6th, 2014
Love this. Almost abstract and totally original piece. Feels like an old Japanese drawing almost.
December 6th, 2014
@vignouse Gotcha. There's tons of choices on Ribbet to use, perhaps I'll try others on this one and see how they look.
December 6th, 2014
Very cool, love the processing!

Very very effective -- terrific processing and perfect for the season.
December 7th, 2014
A good result, Krista. Love the trees, but I agree with the point raised by @vignouse and also find the texture somewhat distracting. Still a very nice result though .
