Well, here's a sight I never thought I'd see...marijuana plants for sale! My pot smoking days are long behind me, but I never thought this plant should be illegal. I forgot that Arizona legalized recreational marijuana recently. Seeing these plants for sale in the open reminded me that anyone can grow these now.

In New Zealand the legalisation referendum failed by less than 1% , if they had put decriminalisation for personal use as an option I think it would have passed .
@blueberry1222 no the legalise vote failed by a thin margin ( including licenced premises to grow, sell and smoke weed and a plant limit of 4 per household) but now it remains totally illegal! no middle ground was found. although police can use " discretion " for small amounts and you might only get a fine or community service if you grow for yourself that's not really a good solution. @kali66 ya, lots of states here went through that exact same phase too. Give it time, it will pass eventually. Too much $$$ is laying on the table for governments to resist grabbing (ie, taxes.)
