DTP (dead tree project) #6

Many newly planted trees did not make it through their first summer. It's gonna be hard to replace all the trees that recently died.

This is an installment of my Dead Tree Project, documenting the effects on local vegetation after 54 days above 115F (46.1C) degrees this summer.

Same story here. A 400m row of trees planted to provide future shade to a cycle path is all dead. We have water restrictions here and are not allowed to water our gardens, just the vegetable plots.
