Blowin in the Wind

Sorry, still playin catch up but I'm almost done....no need to comment on these! Another picture taken on the way home from Minnesota last Wed (Feb 16th). I LOVE these wind generators.....dozens and dozens of them dot the landscape. Couldn't resist a shot of these giant windmills!

I love seeing these landscapes that I don't have around me and this one certainly counts. The light in this is perfect for the grayscale and the scale is set nicely with the background windmills. Cool stuff.

We passed dozens of these on our way from the Twin Cities to Sioux Falls, South Dakota. There was snow blowing across the gray, desolate prairie with these giant, man-made contraptions providing the only contrast to the landscape. Frankly, it was eerie... and fascinating.
