Our little prickly night visitor

we have had him for 2 nights now..the dog was really not sure what to make of him, and did get a pricked nose.

We've had a few hedgehogs as pets and they are so adorable but the dogs learned very quickly not to mess with them!

Such a dear little animal as a child we always fed the visiting hedgehogs with dog food ,but alas these days our terrier Alfie really tries to hunt them and will carry them in his mouth -I an so afraid he will harm the hedgehog
