on our walk across the canal these hens usually roam free. however a few weeks ago 2 dogs swam across the canal and killed lots of them. the owner was with them too! so now they have to be fenced in .

Shame! Dogs are silly with hens! Good to see them outside, we have ours out but not sure wether it was legal with the bird flu! Its amazing how much grass they have eaten!
when we walked past after it had happened there were feather everywhere, very sad
