Smithfield. circa 1960's

This is the Smithfield Centre in our local town. built in the 1960's . in need of some revamping but has a certain charm of that time

Is this a shopping centre? When I saw "Smithfield" I first of all thought of the cattle market! It seems very quiet.

Actually doesn't look so out of date, still has a openness about it I like.
I thought your butcher husband had been to the old Smithfield cattle place at first!

Just the bus station now and few small shops ..quite a few closed..would not like be there after dark
