these are my pea shoots.. only started a few days.. keep pinching them off.. love them! did cauliflower mash too was lovely.

They are best straight out of the pod! There is no way I could eat mushy peas though!

I always hated garden peas...I think it was the garden produce my great aunt used to serve up complete with unwanted extra creepy crawly meat...frozen peas for me!

They are lovely...dried peas in compost...water bit..few days they popping through...i put them in the window sill..just keep shopping as you need them.lovely on salads..etc..

@fbailey handful dried peas in compost..water..but not too much...put in windowsill....soon pop through..keeping shopping off as you need them..you don't have to let them get too long..
