Tom said we must look for his old Spectrum console when we went up the loft and here it is.!.. he will be over from the USA in May for Libby's wedding. so whether he will be able take back i am not sure

Wow. A blast from the past. Had one of these when we were stationed in Berlin. Remember writing a programme for it to send me Morse Code. Took ages. My first ‘run’ of the programme, it sent ‘dahdahdidah’ - I typed a Q and the programme ‘Quit’ and it didn’t save. Weeks of coding down the drain.
My heart sinks when the kids ask me to look for stuffin the attic! You had success but I was asked to look for diving goggles & mask with air tube. No luck, I have seen it but it's disappeared, hope I haven't chucked it out! Supposed to take it with me when I go in May!
I never wrote another computer programme.
