The things I do.

Hot.but me and sis went for a short bike ride.lovely and quiet too..nice breeze by the water.stopped for refreshment at the pub .felt like i was 16 again..wind blowing in my hair....ha ha ..slept like a log last night!

How divine to have a trail like this to ride and then pop into a pub! We are not so lucky here - plenty of trails, a shortage of pubs!

love cycling. at my own speed and where fairly quiet,. this is nice and flat too but a few small steep bits on the way back

I love getting on my bike & this is the perfect cycling path. I have a busy road & hill at the end of our lane puts me off going anywhere on my bike these days I'm afraid!
