Cheated bit today. This is what a friend sent me from his walk in the Goyt Valley the other day .really liked it. Stayed with sis last night. Been my dancing..cold in town.fur hat day! Cooked piece beef. Sent some up to his mum with some mash and nice gravy..she eating slightly better .hoping she has turned the corner

Such a lovely dry-stone-wall , and as you say - a proper wall . So cold today - and damp an dreary here . Glad mum is is improving in health - nice home meals surely help to entice her to eat !
