baking day

Made a banana cake ,had quite a few bananas in . John like his cake...Mary Berry's recipe.came out nice... Made cheese pie too. Keeping busy.

Oh wow busier than me...I feel so lazy...I haven’t done any baking, not much cleaning as house clean for non existing viewers & not much exercise....plenty of eating & reading though!

Nice to have some home baking at a time like this . I baked a "Bara Brith" , Victoria Sandwich and a couple of scone based Pizzas yesterday . and like you I have over ripe bananas so may make a banana cake tomorrow ! I have a couple of recipes I use - but shall look up MaryBerry's recipe to compare before I shall do a bake ! Keep busy , keep safe !

You are being very productive. Have to admit I do batch main meal cooking, but I rarely bake cakes these days.

@overalvandaan had that for so long,was grandma's I think. Full of old pitcher eggs ..have get them all out now and then to clean them all.(not very often ha ha)
