This plant looks like harmless cow parsley and a few other plants, Do not be fooled it stands about 8-10 feet tall and if you get the sap on you it can give you 3rd degree burns! This plant is abot 12 feet high and is actually rooted down the hill I am on! So beware its from Japan and is making its way here in the US by florist and gardeners!! Taken 2006 and thats me then, boy I am glad that gut is gone.....lol
