Perched Hummingbird

I'm not sure what kind of a hummingbird this is?
It was pretty small, maybe the size of my thumb. At my Dad's for Father's day today, and they have multiple bird feeders in their yard.

I have never been able to capture a hummingbird (or ever seen one at rest - except in a few photos on here). This one seemed pretty relaxed... and rested for a couple minutes before taking off in a hurry.

He had orange shimmers around his neck when it turned a certain way, but couldn't get a good view of that before he took off.
