Our dogs were really excited about our visitor! I don't think the box turtle was too excited about them... just withdrew into its shell and shut the door. But it probably felt like a hockey puck, as Molly kept scooting it around the patio... I rescued it and left it in a quiet spot in the edge of the woods.
