Lame photo to begin a new year... technically I did take it before midnight but had not set my camera when Daylight Savings Time kicked in. The New Year started off with a bang, literally, at my house. My husband and three of his friends, and my son and one of his friends shot skeet all afternoon... whew!
At first glance this image appears to be basically one color, but after some study, the reality of the multiple colors shines through. The orange highlights create such a neat pattern and the darker areas add a depth of texture and character. Good eye, seeing the photo op in these details! Happy New Year to you and yours, Cathy.
