Hello! I disappeared for a few days because I was enjoying a mini-vacation in Rome. As a matter of fact I celebrated on the 21st of May my first happy year with 365. And for the occasion I met two delightful members of this community: Domenico Dodaro and Francesca Ciarrocchi. We had a great time photo walking in the streets of Rome. This is the famous square where flowers and vegetables are sold in the morning and where, alas, the philosopher Giordano Bruno was burnt alive with the accuse of heresy in the year 1600. More to come!
@robz@golftragic thank you for your comments. It has been a pleasant and instructive year. I must update my profile to mention how much I like this community
Lovely composition, So pleased you included a bicycle in your anniversary shot, I quite like to spot them on your street scenes! Congratulations on your first year, you sound to have found the perfect way to celebrate it
Congrats on your 365 achievement! Great and fullfilling, I hope?!
What a wonderful marketingscene with great pov you've shot. Fav :)
I wish you many more happy photo days with 365 and more wonderful photowalks with your 365 friends to come!
I love this shot. Wonderful rich tones. Good depth of field. The red bike gives it a simple but interesting point of focus. But most of all, CONGRATULATIONS on finishing your first year. How many wonderful photos and descriptions you have treated us all to!
Domenico had this bicycle in his project, too . . . and just like I'm always fascinated when Taffy and I walk together and capture the same thing from two different perspectives and two different processing, you two have done it here! I like your angle, as if I were approaching the bike t hop onto it, and the context you've included.
@stimuloog@mbrutus thank you Marloes and Marshall! Sorry to be late in answering but many things are going on. Yes the year was
Fun and fulfilling and I think I have learnt a lot from the posts of other members of this community.
