A joyous celebration sums up your photo, too. Agree with all those who lauded your composition. I admire you choice to place only yellow balloons in the foreground, giving them prominence. And then, ringing them with the assorted colors. Their smooth textures, bright primary colors, simple but pure shapes contrast so nicely with the ancient architectural stone structures behind.
