@wag864 thank you. Actually Venice was the first city in the world to have a ghetto and even the word is Venetian. When the Jews had to flee from Spain in 1492 Venice opened her arms to them (and their money) and a new quarter was founded where there was a foundry (Geto) and where from 1516 the Jews were obliged to stay at night. The area is still the cultural center of the Jewish community. All the synagogues and Jewish schools are there
Love this scene, with those fantastic details that tell a strory. fcc (if you do not mind): It is great that you brightende the person a bit, so you can see the structure of his clothes. Unfortunately you have now some colour artefacts on the material that is supposed to be in the grey shades. Next time just desatured the same brushstroke and it will vanish.
@mona65 thank you very much. Not only I do not mind, but I am very grateful that you took the time to comment. I had realized that the colour of the suit had become bluish but did not know how to change it. I will try and follow your advise
