Steves Farm House by cdcook48

Steves Farm House

The Steves family were among the earliest settlers in Richmond and the village of Steveston is named after them. The Steves Farm was established in 1888 and this is the second house built on the property, this one in 1917. The family still operate the farm and live in the house which now has heritage status.
Beautifully composed shot, I like the grasses in the foreground which just about matches the colour of the house. Interesting info too.
