Abandoned Cart

Calling All Abandoned Carts is an ongoing thread started by @northy
some time ago. You don't see so many of them around any more because most now have wheels that lock when you try to leave the parking lot. This one has the locking wheels but someone managed to wrestle it a fair distance down the road from the grocery store. Naturally, I had to shoot it and add it to the thread.
