You can't easily buy choc chips here cause people don't really use them in our recipes. They are expensive, and of lousy quality, and we love our chocolate good. So no other way but to chop and chop till the hands fall off...
Oh I could just scoop that up and eat it. It's such a shame you can't buy good quality chopped chocolate. I use chocolate chips a lot, especially when the grandchildren are here and we make cookies. I'd hate it if I had to chop the chocolate first. A clever idea for your theme.
@susiemc, Thank you Sue for comment. Well, we usually use melted chocolate here, but I have this one recipe for american type cookies that I make from time to time- I'll show them tomorrow.
@cruiser, ha ha, I cannt really figure out how is that possible, but I am usually pretty disciplined during this kind of work (luckily there is always additional piece of chocolate aside)
