John and I drove into town this morning and managed to dodge the rain showers to photograph the Famers building. It closes in a couple of weeks for demolishing, and a new retail centre, apartment building and carpark will be built here. There's not much to see on the outside yet except lots of 'Closing Sale' signs, but they've already started on the interior.
