Today was NZ's first day at Level 2, so we can relax our 'bubbles' and gather socially again, though there are still restrictions on numbers and advice to keep physically distanced from those we don't know. Businesses are required to provide hand sanitiser and record details for contact tracing. We are also allowed to travel outside our own region now.
Late this afternoon John @nzkites and I enjoyed our relative freedom by walking around in Mt Maunganui, and there was plenty to photograph as the sun went down. This photo was taken from the Mount's Main Beach, a well known surf spot - though not in this specific area, for obvious reasons!
