Rain Battered

I spotted these just along the road from where we were parked for the last two nights. It's an industrial area so there are few gardens.

Can anyone identify the flowers?

Sad view, but it is a strong flower, maybe it will rise

@haskar just to update, when we drove past yesterday the tall stems had all been cut off. I’m so pleased I photographed them when I did!
