Becoming a Cub Scout

Tonight my daughter progressed from Beavers to Cubs! They have an investment ceremony where they have to promise to do their best and to help other people. My daughters are the only girls in the group but it doesn't seem to bother them! They absolutely love everything that they do and learn at Cubs!

Neat picture. Where are you that girls are in Cubs? Here in the US, cubs and brownie scouts are different tracks for boys and girls and they go on to Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts.

@jaybutterfield @nicoleterheide @suebarni @jsmjomo @susiangelgirl Thanks everyone. Apparently girls have been allowed to join all Scout age groups since 2007 in the UK and some years more girls join than boys (so the internet tells me!).

Wonderful, my son was a beaver then cub too, sadly he had to give it up but it's great for them.
