Taken from the A303 as we drove back home to Devon. It doesn’t matter how many times I’ve seen it, Stonehenge never fails to impress. Would have loved to stop but being one of the UK’s biggest tourist attractions, it’s not a good idea to visit in August! I love the whole archaeological landscape around Salisbury Plain. It’s absolutely packed with Bronze Age burial mounds.
