I took a break from the gardening today and went for a walk with my Son, (he went on his bike walking is too slow for him)! I am very lucky to live in the middle of such beautiful countryside.

My challenge to you is to capture movement - It could be birds in flight, cars zooming past, a ball bouncing, whatever you like. Does that appeal to you?
Morning Phil, sorry I didn't reply sooner, internet connection has been down :( I've taken a couple of photos of movement, I am not happy with them. However on Sunday there will be a cycling race passing my house with 2100 cyclists passing, hopefully I will get some good shots then.
