He just appeared out of nowhere to pick up some bread that the ducks had missed! It was not my intension to get a pic of a rat but this was the only one I was able to catch, he was of like a flash!! This proves more than the ducks are very well fed!!!

Fabulous capture, Margaret. Real "Tales of the Riverbank" (still one of my favourite books from childhood). I am learning to get over my fear of rats since moving into this fruit growing region. They love fruit and and all look so sleek and healthy. … who am I kidding - shudder.
