Moor by craftymeg

Moor

The sky was threatening and the sun kept flitting in and out, I love this shot of the tumbledown drystone wall, the heather that has been burnt off and the new growth flowering, and the spring lamb curiously looking on. I might put this on the front of a card!! Taken yesterday on Ingelby Bank near to where we live.
Nice on black

Thank you for all your comments and favs all are much appreciated.
The lamb has learnt to lay in the shelter of the dry stone wall . Lovely shot !

Lovely warm sheltered spot for the lamb! I do love a threatening sky, it does amazing things to colour.

The sheep gives this scene some perspective. It looks like a larger area until you compare the animal with its surroundings.
