the road east

not much traffic on the main highway from Adelaide to Melbourne today. We have to travel about 900 kilometers but we are taking a break after about 300 and staying the night at our farm near the border. Sadly we are in the process of selling it as it has become too much work for retirees but we have spent many happy holidays there over the years.

A sorry time selling up a farm Chris......your heart is in the land so,it will be difficult but you do need to be fit to mind a farm. Interesting road shot....I never thought of road pictures as being interesting but as you know I took one like this the same day & I have been amazed at the response. You do get a good idea of the feel of a country by driving along so it makes sense.
