very hot today. 39c and the crows were very thankful for a bit of shade and water

We have frost so we have to feed the birds . This ones are clever enough to find there own food ( Have lots of them around the house)

Lovely collage. I put some bird seeder in my feeder but it's still there after two months.

Nice collage! Up here, the birds are pecking at the ice patches for their water. I'd melt it for them, but it would freeze rather quickly so I just let nature take care of itself.

Crows have the most intense looking eyes don't they? So glad someone put water out for them and they have some shade to get into!!Great details and lighting and very nice collage!! FAV!

@cashew thanks for the fav. Kathy. we have a bird bath, although the water evaporates very quickly and we leave out water on the ground for and overheated Koalas that may be around. They usually get all their moisture from the gum leaves but in really hot weather they need more.

Just imagine what that heat must feel like on their black feathers! How good of you to be sure they have fresh water! And yes, I, too, have heard they remember people who have been good to them...even rewarding them with "trinkets"...
