this New Forest Pony wasn't going to hurry for anyone, with a long line of cars forced to a slow crawl. The New Forest in southern England covers 380 square kilometres and the ponies which have been there for 2000 years are free to roam. Haha- love Babs' comment! There are not too many places where this is allowed in the US. If anything roams, there's usually a barrier somewhere to keep them off the streets- but I'm told that out west it's not as strict. Good catch!
