my little grandson asked me if I could make him a dinosaur jumper so how could I refuse. I only had a week before we leave to fly home to Australia on Sunday so I have been racing against the clock. It was my first attempt at Intarsia Knitting (creating the design on the front) but they tell me learning a new skill is good for older brains. Needless to say he was thrilled with the result and I am quite proud of how it turned out.
What a great jumper for a treasured little grandson! Bespoke by grandma...nana..granny? No one else will have one exactly the same! I wondered the other day if you were still in the UK but thought no can't be but you are!

@happypat thanks for the compliment Pat. Love knitting but it will be starting to get a bit too warm to knit when I get home. We fly out at lunchtime tomorrow for that dreaded long haul. Only 2 hours in Dubai and then 14 more to Adelaide. Henry wore Nana's jumper to a party today and he looks so cute with the hood up too.
